1. History taking and Q&A
2. General Physical examination
Height and weight, BMI
Manual Blood Pressure measurement
12 Leads Resting Electrocardiogram (ECG)
3. Blood Tests
Full blood count, Hb Electrophoresis, ABO Blood Grouping
Rubella (Female only)
4. General STD/blood-transmitted disease screen
Hepatitis B screen, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) screen, syphillis
5. Urine UFEME
